What are your hours of operation?

Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Emergency calls will be taken as a case by case situation.

What brands do you service and repair?

We are a full-service shop that repairs and maintains any and all brands of equipment. Our service vans are fully stocked to be able to repair most issues on the first trip.

We are Daikin Service Pro's and proudly install the full Daikin line up including the revolutionary Daikin Fit and Daikin Life systems!

Daikin also has the most advanced lineup of "traditional systems" and ductless mini split systems all with the industry's BEST warranty!! Our goal is to get the perfect system designed for what you need as opposed to creating a system based on limited options.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer financing for all situations, from an expensive repair to a full system replacement, there are appealing financing options based on approved credit. How much for Preventative Maintenance / Tune-Up?

The tune-up consists of going through all components and checking for proper operation, cleaning and lubing all serviceable parts, accessible coils, and flame sensors, and also checking the gas pressure, amperage, and capacitors. We can't stock all of the different filter sizes so we don't include the filter in the pricing but we will gladly replace the filter for you if you have a spare on-site for us 🙂

How much will my repair cost?

We are excellent at troubleshooting and have fully stocked service trucks that allow us to perform most repairs during the first visit to your home.

Step One: The diagnostics charge to determine exactly what is wrong, no matter how long that takes, is $99.
Step Two: Once the issue is determined we will discuss the solutions with you and show you the pricing for repair. We utilize "no surprise" set pricing and use a repair "menu" so you know that you are getting the best price, regardless of how long the repair takes to complete or on the off chance that we have to run and go grab a part to get your system back up and running.

We feel it's important to be transparent and to provide excellent service at an affordable price, we want you to understand the costs before agreeing to any repair.

How much for a new system?

This is a very difficult question to answer because it is based on so many things from type (furnace, A/C or heat pump), size, system efficiency, warranty terms, and set-up of the current system. And there are so many equipment options for different scenarios and needs.

However, we know everyone's time is valuable and we don't rely on high-pressure in-home sales techniques. If you give us a call or email after we go through some details of your situation we can normally give you a ballpark price over the phone. We offer this because it's how we would want to be treated while seeing what options are.

Then we will schedule a time to come and measure up your system and finalize a proposal to move forward.

Can you replace my air filter while you are here?

Besides regularly scheduled performance tune-ups, changing your air filter is one of the most important things you can do to keep your system running well for many years. I suggest you replace 1" filters every 3 months, 2" filters every 6 months, and 4" filters annually.

There are so many different sizes of air filters, we simply can't stock them all in our service vans, but we will gladly install a new filter while at your home for any reason if you have a spare filter on-site.

What are your hours of operation?

To provide you with comfort for life which is represented and reinforced in the Daikin Comfort Promise. If, for any reason, our company has not met your expectations within one year of your equipment or system
installation, we will return to your house to resolve any issues you have with your installation at no cost to you. As part of formally maintaining the Daikin Comfort Pro distinction, we will make all reasonable efforts to
resolve any concerns you have within one year of your equipment
installation. With the Daikin Comfort Promise, you can have peace of mind that we will continue to earn your business well after the sale.
