The Experience Behind Our Work

O’Leary Air was founded by Kevin, whose career spans both residential and commercial HVAC across some of the most demanding environments in the Pacific Northwest.

Kevin served as the lead HVAC Engineer at the Moda Center, one of the region's premier sports and entertainment venues, where he managed complex climate-control systems serving thousands of people simultaneously. He then brought that same precision to Intel, serving as lead HVAC technician for one of the world's most technically demanding facilities.

That level of experience is what we bring to your home. No job is too complex, and no detail is too small.

What We Install & Service

We service and repair all brands of HVAC equipment, and our vans are fully stocked to handle most repairs on the first visit.

For new installations, we're proud to be a certified Daikin Comfort Pro dealer, one of the highest designations Daikin awards to contractors who demonstrate superior technical skill, customer service, and business integrity. We install the full Daikin lineup, including the innovative Daikin FIT and Daikin Life systems, all backed by the best warranty in the industry. We also install and service Goodman equipment to fit a range of budgets and needs.

Our Community

We sponsor the North Plains Senior Center, a vital but underfunded resource for our older neighbors. Every winter, through our "Warm Hearts, Warm Homes" program, we donate and install a completely free furnace for a community member in need. We're a sponsor of the North Plains Elephant Garlic Festival and the Hillsboro Tuesday Night Market, helping bring families together in safe, fun environments. We've bought jerseys for the youth football team at Glencoe High School, and we're always looking for new ways to have a positive impact. If you have an idea, reach out! We'd love to hear it.
