Ultimate Service Agreement 1 Recommended
Full system, 2 visits a year $240/year or $20/month
Our annual maintenance plan includes two visits per year from an experienced technician who will help maintain your systems to ensure everything is in peak condition throughout the year! Not only does this help keep your equipment running as long as possible but also ensures the maximum efficiency out of your system. It is also required by the manufacturer to keep the warranties valid.
This is per system serviced, if there is more than one system in the home there will need to be multiple plans for that home at a discounted price.
Fall – We will inspect and perform preventative maintenance on existing furnace. Check for proper operation, clean and lube all serviceable parts including flame sensor and check gas pressure, amperages and capacitors. Will check for damage / cracks to heat exchanger and ensure that all components and safeties are working properly. We will also replace the air filter as needed when provided on-site.
Spring – We will Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on existing A/C or heat pump. We check for proper operation, make sure refrigerant pressures are good and check for refrigerant leaks. Clean and lube all serviceable parts and accessible coils and condensate traps, check amperages, contactors and capacitors. We will also replace the air filter as needed when provided on-site.
