What are your hours of operation?Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm, Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm. Emergency calls will be taken as a case by case situation.

Do you offer financing?Yes, we offer financing for all situations, from an expensive repair to a full system replacement, there are appealing financing options based on approved credit. Please call with any questions or help getting through the process.

How much does it cost to have an HVAC technician come out?O'Leary Air charges a $99 dispatch fee on weekdays and $198 on Saturdays, which covers the diagnosis. Repair costs are quoted before any work begins. Most repairs run $200–$600.

How much does a new furnace cost in Oregon?New furnace installations at O'Leary Air range from $4,400 to $8,000 depending on unit size and efficiency rating. All Daikin equipment includes a 12-year parts and labor warranty, Goodman equipment gets 5-year labor warranty.

How much does a new heat pump cost?Heat pump unit-only installations range from $5,300 to $16,000. A complete heat pump system replacement (all components) runs $13,500 to $27,000. All Daikin equipment includes a 12-year parts and labor warranty, Goodman equipment gets 5-year labor warranty.

How much does a new air conditioner cost?New A/C installations at O'Leary Air range from $6,000 to $13,000. Full furnace and A/C system replacements run $12,000 to $30,000. All Daikin equipment includes a 12-year parts and labor warranty, Goodman equipment gets 5-year labor warranty.

Do you offer a maintenance plan?Yes. The O'Leary Air U.S.A. (Ultimate Service Agreement) membership is $240 per year. It includes annual maintenance visits to keep your system running efficiently and helps catch problems before they become costly repairs.

What warranty do you offer on new HVAC systems?O'Leary Air includes a 12-year labor warranty on all new Daikin system installations and a 5-year Labor Warranty on all Goodman equipment. Equipment manufacturer warranties apply in addition to that.

Do you install water heaters?Yes. O'Leary Air installs gas water heaters ($2,200), electric water heaters ($1,900), and tankless water heaters ($5,500).
